Spring Break...

What did we do during Spring Break? Practically nothing!!

Biggest reason being the girls were sick. (Besides that, the weather was ICKY! Cold, windy, rain off and on.) Friday night (after our murder party) abouts 2 am, Kaylee woke up crying with an earache & fever. Mikenna also woke up coughing at the same time & a fever as well.

Saturday, their fevers came and went and their coughs got progressively worse. Saturday evening, Kiera complained of her eyes hurting, pink-eye? Kassi coughed throughout the night.

Sunday, I stayed home with the 3 sickest girls; Mike went to church (he had to teach EQ) with Kassidy (who had missed church last week because of pink-eye.) By Sunday evening Kaylee and Mikenna had pink eye, fevers still coming and going.

Monday-Kassidy began running a fever; K1 & M still fevers off and on, goopy eyes. Tuesday-Kaylee is mostly better; K3 & M fevers & coughs. W & Th the same thing...o-their eyes have cleared up, K3 croupy cough, K1 & M coughs.

So essentially, in between running high fevers, taking meds to bring it down and control coughing & napping; the girls read, practiced their instruments, built a fort, and watched movies.

Building a fort was what Kaylee claimed to be their only fun activity. She must have forgotten that she did get to attend a birthday party. And we did travel to Seattle on Friday.
